For a workflow solution using Microsoft Infopath and Microsoft Biztalk 2004 we need file attachment controls in the Infopath forms. After the forms are submitted to Biztalk and sent to a user via SMTP using the SMTPUtils class as shown in the MSDN, the file control gets disabled.
