Error "Application manifest does not accept specification of publisher or product" when trying to execute xbap wpf browser application
If you access a wpf browser application via http://myServer/myBrowserApp.xbap (or via the publish.htm file) you cannot open the application but get an error instead. Have a look in the ErrorLog provided, whether it contains the following section:

ERROR SUMMARY

Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.

                * An exception occurred while downloading the manifest. Following failure messages were detected:

+ Exception reading manifest from http://myServer/myBrowserApp.exe.manifest: the manifest may not be valid or the file could not be opened.

+ Application manifest is not semantically valid.

+ Application manifest does not accept specification of publisher or product.

If it contains the error message "Application manifest does not accept specification or publisher or product" check if you have .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 installed on the client. If you have installed SP1 everything will work fine, if not, you will receive the error message above.

Thanks for posting. You've been most helpful. I had a look in the ErrorLog and found out that it contained the error message "Application manifest does not accept specification or publisher or product". Now I know what to do with that. I really appreciate it, though I had another way out, that is to download the programme on search on torrents <a href=http://www.picktorrent.com> http://www.picktorrent.com </a> . I was strongly recommended to do that, perhaps I'll try it as well.

Re: Error "Application manifest does not accept specification of publisher or product" when trying to execute xbap wpf browser application

There are not many issues in this script, but two things are obvious: the for loop reads out the length attribute of the secs collection on every iteration and we create the same anonymous function for each link to show and hide the section. Caching the length in another variable and creating a named function that gets re-used makes more sense.....<a href="http://www.meilleurs-casinos-en-ligne.net">meilleurs casinos en ligne a jouer</a>
