Increase your efficiency to a new level

Exclusive Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses should be used as efficiently as possible.

With the help of the Copilot Adoption and License Manager, it is checked – anonymously and GDPR-compliant – whether employees are actively using Copilot.

If this is not the case, users receive a variety of support materials and training videos to help them get the most out of Copilot. If the license continues to remain unused, it is automatically assigned to the next person on the waiting list.

Specific exceptions can be defined where necessary
(e.g., permanent licenses for executive management).

Efficient use

Your employees will receive optimal support when using this new technology. They can use Copilot efficiently and are thus relieved.

Adoption

Inactive users receive application examples, training videos, etc. and are ideally supported in the adoption process.

Exceptions

Permanent licenses for special positions or roles can of course be defined. The use of these licenses is not checked.

Transparency

Fairness and traceability in the allocation of Copilot for Microsoft 365 licenses.
No licenses will remain unused.

Automation

Automation saves time and resources in the administration and standardized allocation of licenses.

Individual time limits

You define both the minimum usage and the time periods in which your users are notified individually for your organization.

Waiting list

You have an overview of where additional licenses are required and where you can efficiently support colleagues with AI.

License Assignment

Selected employees receive their Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.

Usage Review

Depending on the defined usage minimum and schedule, users are reminded by email – e.g., after fewer than one usage within 14 days – and receive additional support materials, use cases, and training resources to help them use Copilot efficiently.

Unused license

Ideally, users will have received enough support and training to start using Copilot effectively.

If the license still remains unused, the user is
reminded again and – after, for example, 60
days of non-use – the license is reassigned to
the next person on the waiting list.

If necessary, we support the verification and setup of the prerequisites.
This environment check is charged based on effort.

The Setup Package (€980) includes:

Detailed installation guide
All connections and integrations (Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint, …) are configured together in a joint session to ensure the setup meets your requirements.
Parameters are adapted to your requirements (quantity, usage, time limits, …).
Email templates are implemented and adjusted as needed.
Notifications are activated.
Test run to ensure the software works correctly.
